We are looking for a Data Engineer to build and maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations that power reporting, analytics, and product insights across the platform.
Opis posla
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Linux Developer with deep Yocto Project expertise to maintain, extend, and optimize our existing hardware platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Embedded Linux, C programming, hardware bring-up, and debugging, with a focus on delivering robust, production-ready systems.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain and extend existing hardware platforms, including Yocto layers, recipes, kernel, and U-Boot updates
- Debug and optimize Linux systems using tools like gdb, strace, and perf, and work with device trees, systemd, and bootloaders
- Collaborate closely with two existing embedded developers
- Support hardware bring-up and testing using UART, JTAG, GPIO/I2C/SPI peripherals
- Ensure high code quality, proper documentation, and collaborative workflows (Git, code reviews)
Kvalifikacije
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong Embedded Linux knowledge (bootloaders, systemd, kernel configuration, device trees)
- Deep Yocto Project expertise (layers, recipes, BSP customization)
- Solid C programming skills
- Linux debugging proficiency (gdb, strace, perf, etc.)
- Hardware bring-up experience (UART, JTAG, GPIO/I2C/SPI peripherals)
- Experience with CI/CD for building images and automated testing
- Strong documentation, code quality, and collaboration practices
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Dodatne Informacije
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of Rust
- Experience with multimedia frameworks (GStreamer, Libcamera, SIP, WebRTC)
