Are you a proactive, team-oriented, and motivated Tech Lead (Data & AI) looking for your next challenge? We're always on the lookout for passionate individuals who share our values and are excited to make an impact.

What will you do?
- Define end-to-end analytics and ML architecture
- Establish and enforce engineering standards and scorecards (AI driven)
- Drive productisation strategy across all modules
- Ensure modular, scalable, and maintainable system design
- Oversee CI/CD and lifecycle governance implementation
- Support elimination of client-specific code
- Lead structured knowledge transfer
- Reduce key-person dependency risk
- Interface with senior stakeholders
- Align platform evolution with future AI roadmap
Kvalifikacije
Experience we’re looking for:
- Strong Python engineering background
- CI/CD & MLOps understanding
- Architecture governance and best practices
- AI Driven development knowledge
Dodatne Informacije
Good to Have:
- Azure ecosystem experience
- Revenue Growth Management / pricing analytics domain knowledge
- Experience transforming delivery accelerators into product platforms
