We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced autonomous agents and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role offers the chance to drive innovative AI solutions in a collaborative, dynamic environment, working on cutting-edge systems that solve real-world challenges.
What is all about?
- Refactor PSVTM, PPR, NII modules into structured product components
- Replace notebook-based workflows with production-grade pipelines
- Standardise econometric and ML model implementation
- Implement modular architecture and reusable components
- Improve model reproducibility and transparency
- Reduce validation overhead and rework cycles
- Eliminate client-specific code through configuration-driven design
- Collaborate with MLOps for lifecycle instrumentation
Kvalifikacije
What do we expect from you?
- Advanced econometrics and statistical modelling
- Strong Python production-level development
- Databricks (mandatory)
- ML engineering best practices
- Model validation and statistical rigour
- Experience in scalable analytics environments
- CI/CD exposure for ML systems
Dodatne Informacije
Good to Have:
- Azure familiarity
- Retail / FMCG / pricing analytics experience
- Experience migrating notebook-based systems into structured ML platforms
