We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will contribute to shaping, strengthening, and evolving Klika’s brand identity. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking and knows how to turn ideas into compelling visual communication. From marketing campaigns to employer branding and everyday brand touchpoints, you will play an important role in bringing Klika’s brand to life with consistency, clarity, and impact.
What you’ll do
Be a guardian of the Klika brand by maintaining and evolving graphic elements, templates, color palettes, photography, and channel-specific visual guidelines
Create and organize an easy-to-use asset library for the Marketing team across email, social media, performance channels, website, video, and merchandise
Design effective, high-impact creative assets and campaigns in collaboration with colleagues from the Commercial team
Inspire teams through mood boards, creative references, best-in-class communication examples, and campaign ideas
Develop, expand, and maintain brand guidelines that support consistency and creativity
Own the delivery of visual assets for marketing activities across different formats and channels
Align with the Marketing roadmap to support in-house campaigns and brand initiatives
Balance long-term brand projects with short-term asset needs, including reactive social content and performance marketing materials
Create strong, consistent, and recognizable company imagery that reflects the Klika brand
Kvalifikacije
Must Haves:
Min. 4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering (or Backend with significant Data Engineering exposure)
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with Databricks (core focus)
Hands-on experience with dbt for transformations and data modeling (core focus)
Experience with Azure and cloud engineering fundamentals (identity/access, storage, networking basics)
Experience with orchestration/ingestion tools, ideally Azure Data Factory
Strong experience building and maintaining API integrations (REST) and third-party platform integrations (e.g., Iterable, Mixpanel, Dynamics365 or similar)
