We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Engineer specializing in OpenSearch to design, build, and maintain scalable search and analytics platforms, focusing on indexing, query optimization, data pipelines and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data architecture, modern data processing frameworks and a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
In this role, you will:
Design, build, and maintain scalable search and analytics platforms on AWS OpenSearch
Index the log files, optimize the queries and create dashboards to deliver business insights
Partner with different business teams to enable self-service analytics
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency through infrastructure optimization and capacity planning
Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering teams to establish incident monitoring/response strategies
Kvalifikacije
3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience with AWS OpenSearch (or alternatively: Elasticsearch / ELK stack / Splunk / other similar log indexing & analytics platforms)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong programming skills in Python
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Experience working with AWS and Snowflake
Solid understanding of data governance and data modeling
Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken)
