With headquarters in Belgrade and additional offices and development centers in Kragujevac, Novi Sad, Ljubljana, and Sarajevo, our experts are at the forefront of innovation. We specialize in automation, API economy, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity, business process support systems, custom development, and a host of other cutting-edge IT solutions.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Medior IT Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft on-premises, cloud, Microsoft 365 (M365), and security technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Kvalifikacije
- Extensive experience with Microsoft on-premises environments (Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Windows Server);
- Proficiency in deploying and managing Microsoft Azure services;
- Knowledge of M365 services implementation and administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business);
- Ability to perform system performance monitoring and troubleshooting;
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards.

Additional requirements
- Expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft security solutions;
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert);
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning;
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends;
- Additional experience with non-Microsoft cloud platforms or security tools.
