Opis posla
You will play a central role in managing end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring that each initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the agreed scope. This role carries high visibility across the organization: you’ll act as the project ambassador, coordinating teams, aligning stakeholders, and guiding every phase from planning to execution.
As a Project Manager, you will lead project teams, facilitate collaboration across functions, and provide clarity on responsibilities, priorities, and timelines. You will also be the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are understood, progress is transparent, and challenges are addressed proactively.
Your focus will be on project planning, team coordination, risk management, documentation, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement, always keeping strategic objectives in mind while maintaining high delivery standards.
Kvalifikacije
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience managing IT projects from initiation to completion
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, project management principles, and microservice architecture concepts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Dodatne Informacije
Preferred qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience working directly with clients or managing projects in multinational environments
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
Additional requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
- Experience coordinating cross-functional or remote teams
