Principal QA Automation Engineer

This is your role

• The role includes close collaboration with Product owners, QA's, DevOps and Security teams to ensure Test automation best practices, code quality, increased the testability of code and improve the quality of deliverables by continuous regression testing.
• Development of automation tests based on ACs,Ticket analysis and test planning.
• Support/ Implement the deployment process of test environments and be able to debug them.
• Conduct code reviews following best engineering practices and coding standards
• Responsible for the CI/CD (build, test, deploy)
• Setup and maintain test automation framework & infrastructure
• Responsible for generating Automated Test Reports

This is you

• 7–10 years of experience in QA automation and software testing
• Proficient in at least some of the following languages: Java, Groovy, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks/tools: Spock, Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience in testing and developing Web Services (REST or SOAP).
• Understanding of coding standards and software design best practices.
• Experience applying the test pyramid approach across the SDLC.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Previous experience in gaming or high-load transactional systems
• Experience with cloud, virtualization, or infrastructure as code (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GCP, Ansible).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Travis, CircleCI, GitLab CI).
• Background in cross-browser/device test automation using platforms like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• DevOps mindset with experience in Linux environments and deployment processes.
