Opis posla
We’re looking for a Senior Java Engineer with strong experience in building reliable and scalable backend systems.
You’ll be part of a small, focused team where clean code, collaboration, and accountability matter. We value engineers who take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the development of high-quality software solutions from ground up, as well as the implementation of new features in existing systems.
* Collaboration and direct communication with stakeholders, assesment of clients technical potential and requirements, and responsibilities related to the specification, analysis, and design of software solutions.
* Technical consulting and advisory on complex technical issues.
* Lead an agile team and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
Kvalifikacije
* Multiple years of professional experience as software developer (min. 5), as well as experience in team leadership.
* Extensive experience and excellent knowledge working with high level programming languages such as Java (preferred), JavaScript, Kotlin or C# in web application development.
* Excellent knowledge and long-term experience with at least one SPA framework (React/Vue/Angular).
* Experience working with modern frameworks, tools, and agile development processes, including:
* Spring/Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, RESTful Services
* DevOps practices (Jenkins), Maven/Gradle, Git
* Strong knowledge of relational databases (modeling, SQL).
* Familiarity with technologies such as Apache Camel, message broker systems (e.g.,
RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka), authentication mechanisms (OAuth or Keycloak) and
containerization (Docker).
* Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, with a team player mindset.
