Role responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and administrative coordinator to join our team. As SAC, you will be contributing to the overall success of the sales department by providing administrative support to the sales team and participating in sales activities
Sales strategy implementation
Collaborating with the sales manager on implementation of sales activities, such as
Doing market research,
Attending lead, prospect, client meetings,
Working on follow up activities.
Participate in public procurement participation process through:
Receiving, analyzing and distributing tender documentation,
Communicating with external parties,
Coordinating tender response submission.
Sales team administrative support
Provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales team.
Monitor lead generation channels and keep the CRM system up to date.
Distribute product documentation to leads as needed.
Coordinate with the support team for demo accounts and issue resolution.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Trade shows general organization and oversight
Track and research relevant trade shows and events.
Communicate with event organizers and vendors to coordinate participation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trade show activities.
Kvalifikacije
Requirements
Ability to work from Mostar office,
Availability to attend meetings outside of standard CET working hours (~weekly, work hours flexible to accommodate),
Full professional proficiency in English,
Proficiency in another foreign language, preferably Spanish (favorable, not mandatory),
Excellent digital literacy (e.g. Google Workspace tools, CRM software),
Relevant previous work experience,
Strong attention to detail,
Ability to self manage and work independently.
