Job Description

The Sales Development Representative is a crucial part of our ongoing growth efforts. Our SDR team is on the front lines, identifying and reaching out to potential clients daily, educating them on the value of Forsta and creating business opportunities for the company. The focus of the sales development work is on outbound activities, while also engaging with inbound hot and warm leads generated by our marketing department.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with your team and your assigned Field Sales Reps/Account Executive to develop and execute prospecting activities aligned to strategic territory plans
  • Research, develop, and validate target lead and account lists
  • Conduct cold outbound prospecting activities to target leads daily, via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Set appointments with potentially qualified leads for discovery calls with FSRs
  • Conduct qualification calls with prospects
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Forsta solution offerings
  • Master and effectively utilize our sales execution systems and related technologies
  • Engage with prospects in the Inbound “Hot Lead” queue
  • Conduct “Warm Lead” prospecting outreach including but not limited to event/webinar follow-up, etc.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure optimal visibility of demand generation activities
  • Support the reps and Marketing in driving attendance to target events
  • Participate in various virtual and onsite sales planning and status meetings
  • Follow company security and privacy policies and related procedures, and ensure proper safeguarding of information and data made accessible to you.

Kvalifikacije

Qualifications

  • Professional, energetic, and motivated team-player with a strong work ethic - “cultural fit” is critical
  • Mandatory fluency in English (C1/C2)
  • College degree preferred, but equivalent experience, particularly in sales or other customer-facing positions, will be considered
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Ability to excel in a metrics-driven performance culture
  • Experience leveraging social media for prospect identification and development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • CRM (Salesforce.com), Salesloft, and ZoomInfo experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel periodically, albeit infrequently, to company and customer-facing events
