ENG Ministry of Programming is a supercharged venture-builder/startup studio working with startups from all over the world. So far, we are proud to have more than 90 products in our portfolio including social networks, search engines, crypto trading systems, mobile apps, and hardware devices. Our main areas of interest are start-ups in flourishing verticals like FinTech, loT, e. commerce, HealthTech, MusicTech, BioTech, and other prospective fields.
Opis posla
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage a complex technical and business project
- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and business teams
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate meetings, standups, and stakeholder updates
- Manage dependencies and ensure teams have what they need to succeed
- Report on project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence
Kvalifikacije
- 4+ years of technical project management experience
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong reporting, communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred
