Opis posla

Looking for effective and passionate Sales Account Manager
Human Sales Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the management and growth of our client portfolio, focusing on selling digital consulting services as well as web and mobile application development. This role requires a basic understanding of the digital landscape, good sales and communication skills, and some experience in project management within the web and mobile app development industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify potential clients and build initial relationships to understand their needs.
  • Support the management of the sales pipeline, including lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the project management and development teams to help create proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Help maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to leverage market insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client feedback for senior management.

Expectations and requirements

  • Work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Develop a good understanding of the company's services, including web and mobile application development processes and technologies.
  • Demonstrate basic project management skills to coordinate with internal teams and assist in timely delivery of client projects.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Some sales experience in the digital agency or technology sector, with an interest in web and mobile applications.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience or involvement in web and mobile application development.
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies and development processes.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

And no. You will not get a Tesla for your birthday. Yet.

Our point of view

We choose technologies according to specific project needs. We don't use an axe to unwind a screw. If we get stuck, we don't beat our head against the wall - we Google, ask questions and learn new things.

We don't care who's in the office from 9 to 5. We don't have stop watches. What's important is a high quality of our deliveries.

We're not big on formalities either. Healthy, direct relationship and communication comes before anything. Solid arguments always win over hierarchy. "Bugger off" is fine as well.

When under a deadline, we grind our teeth and do the job. When not, we drink beer. Or we make our own. It’s good. Sometimes.
