Opis posla
We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented person to help us test our code. As a QA Tester, you will work alongside our engineering team to ensure that our code is top-notch. By performing tests on our code and communicating the results with our engineering team, you can help us produce the most effective products that delight our clients. Your expertise will be crucial to help us identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and any other issues.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AT EVONA:
- Perform manual tests, support existing and write new automation tests using Jmeter and Cypress
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities for your scrum team
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Design, implement and maintain functional automated tests
- Develop automated tests for new feature functionality in-sprint.
- Collaborate daily with developers
Kvalifikacije
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:
- 1+ year experience in software testing
- Written and oral communication skills in English
- Basics of Relational Database and SQL
- Excellent understanding of testing principles, methods, and processes
- Experience in any API/UI testing frameworks like Jmeter or Cypress
- Familiarity with Test Case Management and Bug Tracking tools, preferably TFS
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, API, REST, Cookies, Caching)
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with web debugging tools like Postman or Fiddler
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Groovy
- Experience with performance/load/stress testing is a plus
