Opis posla
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to spearhead excellence in health and fitness technology. Your mission will be architecting QA infrastructure, devising automation solutions, managing ticket distribution, and exhibiting stellar project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment of QA infrastructure to support testing processes.
- Propose and implement automation solutions to streamline testing procedures and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the distribution and management of tickets across the QA team.
- Demonstrate competence and effective communication in coordinating QA efforts with other teams.
- Utilize strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Kvalifikacije
Experience and Education:
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in QA testing or related field, with experience in building QA infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in building and maintaining QA infrastructure, including testing environments and tools.
- Experience in proposing and implementing automation solutions for testing processes.
Project Management Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Competent in ticket distribution and tracking methodologies.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
