Your day looks like this:
You will manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels (web, campaigns, events);
Identify and target potential clients through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls);
Build and maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline in CRM;
Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team;
Collaborate with marketing by providing feedback on lead quality and funnel optimisation;
Report on KPIs (number of contacts, conversion, meetings etc.).
Kvalifikacije
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (SDR/BDR) – preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital services;
Experience in qualifying, administering inbound leads, and identifying and reaching out to new potential clients (outbound outreach – cold calls, email, LinkedIn);
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
Strong ability to conduct independent research and identify new opportunities;
Advanced English (C1);
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
