Our teams manufacture, distribute, and support unified communications end-to-end software solutions to SMBs, Enterprises, Call Centers, and above all – Telecommunication Service Providers.

Opis posla

Your day looks like this:

  • You will manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels (web, campaigns, events);
  • Identify and target potential clients through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls);
  • Build and maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline in CRM;
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team;
  • Collaborate with marketing by providing feedback on lead quality and funnel optimisation;
  • Report on KPIs (number of contacts, conversion, meetings etc.).

Kvalifikacije

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (SDR/BDR) – preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital services;
  • Experience in qualifying, administering inbound leads, and identifying and reaching out to new potential clients (outbound outreach – cold calls, email, LinkedIn);
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Strong ability to conduct independent research and identify new opportunities;
  • Advanced English (C1);
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
