Authority Partners is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our global team! PM will handle all client communication, take ownership of planning and reporting, as well as obtain all necessary information to ensure delivery on time, under budget, and in line with our quality standards. Furthermore, they will manage capacity and budgets, as well as track program KPIs. Your main responsibilities would be:
Leading/facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and transparent communication regarding project/program issues and decisions
Managing all client communication (from meeting facilitation to any ad hoc communication)
Identifying, escalating, analyzing, and reporting on program risks
Tracking and reporting on several program KPIs throughout program life cycle
Tracking budget and billable utilization
Tracking capacity and signaling when changes are necessary (identifying where more or less capacity is needed)
Preparing/validating invoicing data
Working on elaborations and new project negotiations
Looking for and recognizing opportunities for program/business growth
Seeing and sharing (primarily with Scrum Masters) the big picture of overall planning and scheduling
Working on continuous education, regular certification, and knowledge sharing with the rest of the PM Pool
Kvalifikacije
You will stand out if you have:
8+ years of experience in leading IT projects
Solid experience in project management practices, especially in software development projects/programs
Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
Experience with Agile methodology and relevant frameworks (especially Scrum)
Experience collaborating with international clients
Excellent people management skills
Experience in implementing and managing changes to ensure project/program goals are achieved
High proficiency in the English language
Highly developed communication skills
Attention to detail and great organizational skills
Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology and/or major in Project Management or related field is mandatory
PMP / PMI-ACP / PSPO / PSM / CSM certificate and/or any other relevant certification would be a plus
