Marvelsoft is the only Company that can combine fun and professionalism at the same time. I can express my ideas to Company with no doubt while at the same time get constructive feedback on how to improve my skill (hard skill and soft skill). My direct report helps me with prioritizing items while creating strategy for mid and long term which helps me a lot with managerial skill.

Marvelsoft is a global company where the employees are located in different time zones. I can say it's a challenge that we expect to have a quick discussion asap, but we can manage that so far.

Marvelsoft has a great work atmosphere, and since the company is smaller you have an opportunity to work on different things. Hence, you have a lot of room for personal development in terms of working on the various technologies inside the company including introducing new technologies to the table.

Since this is a small company sometimes it adds to a lot of pressure working in the environment since you carry many responsibilities. There is a problem with company management transparency and sometimes it's hard to negotiate the salary on the new contracts.
