Opis posla
We are looking for 4 experienced/senior professionals for our client in the manufacturing industry. This includes 2 project Managers and 2 product owners, who will each be responsible for different project modules but will collaborate closely on developing the next-generation tool management software. The PMs will focus on the technical execution, while the POs will drive business growth and market strategy. Together, they will ensure the successful launch of this cutting-edge software.
This software represents the future of manufacturing, supporting fully automated processes with minimal human intervention. It integrates real-time data to enhance tool management, including tool selection, location tracking, usage prediction, and maintenance, utilizing digital twin technology to create a seamless experience across the entire tool lifecycle.
Roles and responsibilities
Project managers:
- Oversee the technical aspects of the product lifecycle, from strategy and development to market launch and team coordination.
- Define project goals, scope, tasks, and resources, ensuring alignment with digital twin and automated manufacturing workflows.
- Plan, organize, and manage the development of the tool management software, keeping projects within budget and timelines.
- Communicate regularly with the team, manage risks, and monitor progress to keep projects on track.
- Evaluate project success, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to overall software optimization.
Product owners:
- Drive business growth by defining the product vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Focus on market requirements and sales strategy to ensure the product meets business objectives.
- Lead a large, diverse team of 15-20 members from different cultural and professional backgrounds across the globe.
- Work closely with the project managers to ensure business goals are reflected in the technical development of the software.
Kvalifikacije
Tech requirements
Project managers:
- Strong technical expertise in managing complex software projects, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Familiarity with digital tool management, automation, and digital twin technologies is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
Product owners:
- Proven ability to lead business growth, sales strategy, and product development. Experience managing large teams and navigating cross-cultural collaboration is essential.
- Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
