Tasks
Work closely with Product and Engineering to design, build, and iterate on a new data insights product for operators. Prioritizing clarity, actionability, and minimal noise
Translate our domain model (trips, revenue, availability, tasks, operational workflows) into intuitive, connected insights customers can act on
Own key data modeling and data quality improvements: collaborate with engineering to update preprocessing scripts and expose clean, analysis-ready data in Snowflake
Build ThoughtSpot worksheets and Liveboards (or equivalent BI artifacts) that drive operator decisions, while keeping the layer simple and maintainable
Establish data contracts and documentation for core metrics (trip success, availability, task SLAs, billing events, etc.)
Support internal operational workflows, including the monthly customer billing process (active vehicle counts, usage-based metrics), and progressively automate it
Partner with Customer Success to validate insight usefulness and feed learnings back into the product
