C# Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and modern C# code for backend services, APIs and data processing components ensuring robust architecture and maintainability
• Drive development and ensure high quality of code delivered to stakeholders
• Provide support and advice to other developers within the company
• Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process
• Responsible to present the outcome of development work for stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Work on improving existing and developing new tools
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability, ensuring robust performance

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in web development
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Experience with the .NET framework, including .NET Core for web applications
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Knack for writing clean, readable C# code
• Proficiency in RESTful API design, data modeling, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
• Experience with relational databases and understanding of database design principles.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and SSO.
• Experience deploying and hosting web applications using IIS
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Excellent command of English language both written and oral
• Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure
