RPA Developer

Who are you?

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

• Identifying and designing business processes for automation and low-code applications.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Create process and end-user documentation.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
• Work with Business Analysts, Business Unit Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
• Provide guidance with process design.

• Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. (Automation Anywhere experience is highly preferred)
• Automations Anywhere or UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required (training can be provided).
• Hands on experience with Low-Code Platforms such as Appian, Outsystems, Pega, MS Power Apps or Nintex
• Appian certifications preferred but not required.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
• Experience developing and consuming APIs
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning. (AWS Services Preferred)
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
• Understanding of workflow-based logic
