Key Responsibilities

• Design architectural frameworks that enable AI-powered transformation across diverse legacy technologies, building on our successful database modernization approach
• Create meta-level abstraction models that automatically identify patterns in legacy systems regardless of the specific technology
• Develop orchestration systems that sequence the generalized modernization process: legacy analysis → business rule extraction → modern implementation → parity verification
• Establish verification frameworks that ensure 100% functional equivalence between legacy and modernized systems
• Determine the optimal blend of generative AI capabilities with traditional analysis and automation techniques
• Design systems that can adapt our modernization approaches to different client environments and technology stacks
• Collaborate with our global team and partner with groups developing complementary agentic solutions to create an integrated modernization ecosystem

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture and modernization
• Strong background in enterprise architectures
• Background working with Gen AI technologies in practical applications (preferred)
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments
• Track record of designing systems and frameworks that enable others to implement effectively
• Experience collaborating across global, remote teams (preferred)
