ML/DS Engineer

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

• Drive the development of complex machine learning models, statistical models and algorithms, ensuring the highest quality of code and user experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of models.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of models, implementing best practices for optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of ML solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively integrating new solutions and methodologies to enhance our development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to ML Engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative development environment.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate high-level requirements into detailed ML architectures and designs.

There are some tech requirements that will make you stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistics and applied statistical methods.
• (No)SQL knowledge, including ability to work with relational and non-relational databases.
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering expertise.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) skills to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
• Data visualization using modern libraries and tools.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).
• ML algorithms & frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Advanced ML Techniques (time series, natural language processing, computer vision.
• MLOps practices.
• Big Data technologies (like Hadoop or Spark).
