Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do

• Lead all design initiatives that support company in its goals
• Own the full creative process, from concept to execution, for all Softray’s
• visuals (including website, brand merchandise, newsletters, presentations, icons etc.)
• Craft digital interface and assets for Softray’s website and supporting platforms
• Create top-quality, engaging visuals for LinkedIn (primarily) and Instagram
• Design internal materials (brochures, pdfs, infographics, etc. that make our internal comms shine
• Brainstorm ideas with our Marketing, Business Development, and Recruitment teams for various campaigns
• Collaborate with external partners on video content
• Work with vendors to execute promotional items like hoodies, brochures, cards, t-shirts, and other stationary
• Create assets for internal and external events where Softray participates.

What We’d Love to See

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a relevant portfolio
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (other tools are a plus!)
• Creativity, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude
• Team spirit — you value collaboration and feedback
• A great sense of style and an eye for detail
• Bonus points if you dabble in motion design, video editing, photography.
