Opis posla

Join Coupler.io as a QA Engineer to enhance testing processes and conduct ongoing QA tasks. You'll play a key role in the product's quality and development.
Our products now have more than 2M+ signups and are constantly growing. Join the team of professionals who strive to create meaningful products and provide the best experience for their customers.
Your responsibilities
Perform quality manual testing to ensure proper functionality
Understand and identify edge cases (both technical and product-related)
Provide L3 support by reviewing and resolving tickets escalated from the Customer Support team
Liaise with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and meet quality standards
Shape and maintain clear, actionable bug reports
Develop test documentation
Maintain internal and external knowledge bases (e.g. manuals, product usage guides)
Work closely with third-party APIs and their documentation
Establish and promote quality assurance best practices and benchmarks
Support the roll-out of new releases

Kvalifikacije

Your skills
Strong experience with manual testing
Advanced problem-solving and debugging skills, experience with log analysis (e.g. CloudWatch, Logs Explorer)
Good understanding of networks, HTTP stack, web, API, and client app architectures
Experience of working with VCS (e.g. Github, Gitlab etc)
Experience of working with API clients (e.g. Postman)
Experience in setting up and adjusting testing processes
Great communication skills: ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience; ability to communicate tech problems to engineering teams
Aspiration to execute work with a sense of importance and ownership
Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Experience with Playwright (Typescript)
Experience with resolving customers’ issues
