This is your role

• Monitoring system operations and troubleshoot problems
• Analyzing root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions
• Resolving operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements
• Driving incident resolution and process improvements to minimize impact to the production environment and business partners
• To develop a support plan to prioritize and resolve issues
• To address customer issues promptly and accurately
• To work closely with business partners, vendors and technical groups to provide support and escalations for technical incidents.
• To develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures

This is you

Required skills:

• Strong understanding of various Infrastructure Automation Tools like Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Proficiency in DevOps tools, including Jenkins
• Experience with Container Orchestration tools like OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Solid experience in writing Docker files and Helm charts
• Familiarity with Configuration Management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and/or Windows PowerShell DSC
• Good understanding in some programming languages like Python, Ruby, PHP, Golang, and/or Java
• Experience working with Microservices/API architecture
• Knowledge of application build/deployment and testing strategies
• Proficiency in defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations
• Solid understanding of on-premises and cloud networking, security, and related technologies
• Knowledge of compute runtime environments and the differences between native compute, virtual, and containers
• Previous experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and/or ELK

Nice to have:

• Expertise in integrating, configuring, deploying, and managing centrally provided cloud services
• Experience in configuring and managing databases like MySql, MS SQL, and/or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Agile Team management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Good working knowledge on Linux operating systems

• Automate everything
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to design and implement robust DevOps solutions
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of DevOps-based projects, from inception to deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Master all DevOps tools and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field
• Analyze existing platforms to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for better performance and efficiency
• Provide expert development consulting to address change requests and effectively meet customer requirements
• Develop and deliver tailor-made solutions, aligning with customer specifications or based on our recommended implementation strategies.
