Are you an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, building lasting relationships with clients and team members, and creating a personalized approach to project management? If so, we want you to join our team!
As a Project Manager in our team, you'll work on exciting projects that have a real impact on our clients' businesses. You'll be responsible for leading project teams, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and delivering exceptional results. In this position you will be responsible for:
- Project management: You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Also, you will monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes, tools, and techniques.
- Team management: You will lead our project teams, ensuring that each team member understands their role, responsibilities, and project goals. You will communicate with team members on daily bases, to identify risks, resolve issues and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaboration with clients: to identify project requirements, priorities, and constraints, specific to clients' businesses and industries. You will communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates. Also, build strong relationships with clients and team members to foster trust and collaboration.
- Other: you already know that at the end of every job description comes „other related duties as assigned “- but we positively mean this. We hope you will shape your job responsibilities by adding value to QSS.
Kvalifikacije
If all of this sounds good to you, well, we hope you fit the following requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Experience with project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification would be considered an advantage. Having one or more of these certifications demonstrates a commitment to professional development, and an ability to apply industry best practices to project management. Candidates with these certifications will be given preference, but they are not mandatory for the position. We value experience, skills, and a strong work ethic above all else.
