Areas of Responsibility
- Setup new personalized e-mails and marketing automation flows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Test e-mails & workflows
- Handle customer data for campaigns and create new segments (SQL)
- Troubleshooting e-mail and workflow related issues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Further marketing automation solutions (optional)
Kvalifikacije
Skills
- Implement and adapt marketing automation workflows
- Create new personalized e-mails from provided copy and assets
- Test and optimize e-mails and marketing automation workflows for e-mail clients and deliverability
- Import, export, and update customer data
- Create SQL queries for customer segmentation
Relevant Experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (optional)
- Three years of experience as Salesforce campaign manager
