Site Reliability Engineer (m/f)

What You’ll Do

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical payment systems.
• Design and implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct root cause analyses and postmortems for production incidents.
• Optimize system performance and resource usage across our Kubernetes clusters and cloud environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation and proactively improve system observability.

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and backup strategies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• We use HAProxy, so if you’re already familiar with it and want to dig deeper, that’s awesome.
• Background in fintech or regulated environments.
