Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Work with Google Analytics, Voluum, Postback systems, or similar tracking platforms
• Knowledge of CDR (Call Detail Records) analysis and VoIP/call center data
• Experience with cohort analysis methodologies and retention modeling
• Understanding of statistical testing concepts (A/B test significance, confidence intervals)
• Experience with Git (version control for SQL scripts, Python code)
• Knowledge of Docker for deploying analytical scripts
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouse tools (Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Work with data visualization best practices (storytelling, clarity, actionability)
