KLIX d.o.o. is a performance marketing and technology company that develops proprietary operational systems for affiliate marketing, e-commerce (COD model), and an in-house call center. We operate in multiple countries, processing thousands of leads, transactions, and calls daily.
Every decision in the company is made based on data. We optimize every step of the funnel: from ad click to package delivery. We track profitability by campaign, country, publisher, agent, and product. Data analysis is not a support function - it is the foundation of strategy.

Opis posla

Position Description

  • We are looking for a Data Analyst to analyze campaign profitability, LTV cohort analyses, funnel performance, call center efficiency, and revenue metrics. You will work with data from CRM, call center, billing systems, tracking platforms, logistics, and affiliate networks.
  • Your goal is to identify where we are losing or making money, optimize spend decisions, recognize trends in buyer behavior, and help the management team make informed decisions.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, knowledge of business metrics (LTV, AOV, AR, RR, contribution margin), and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights are expected. You are not a data scientist – the focus is on business analytics, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign and product profitability (ROI, contribution margin, payback period)
• Track key metrics: LTV, AOV, AR (Approval Rate), RR (Retention Rate), cancel rate, revenue per agent/hour
• Report on funnel performance: traffic → lead → order → delivery → repeat purchase
• Cohort analyses: LTV by channel, product, country, cohort retention
• Call center analytics: conversion rate by agent, average handle time, upsell rate, compliance
• Integrate data from multiple sources: CRM, tracking, billing, fulfillment, CDR
• Develop dashboards in Power BI, Metabase or Tableau for different teams (marketing, operations, finance)
• Ad hoc analyses for management: "Which country has the best LTV?", "Why did cancel rate spike?", "Which publishers bring bad leads?"
• A/B testing of hypotheses (landing page variants, call scripts, pricing)
• Automate reporting and alert systems (e.g., fraud detection, AR spikes, revenue anomalies)
• Predictive analysis (where possible): revenue forecasting, churn prediction, campaign optimization

Kvalifikacije

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics role (e-commerce, affiliate marketing, call center, or similar)
• Advanced expertise in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, optimization)
• Deep understanding of business metrics: LTV, AOV, CAC, ROI, contribution margin, payback period, cohort retention
• Experience with Power BI, Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Ability to work with large datasets (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Understanding of affiliate marketing funnel: traffic → lead → order → fulfillment→ payment
• Experience with call center metrics: conversion rate, handle time, compliance, agent productivity
• Ability to translate data insights into business recommendations
• Clear written and verbal communication (reporting to management team)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Work with Google Analytics, Voluum, Postback systems, or similar tracking platforms
• Knowledge of CDR (Call Detail Records) analysis and VoIP/call center data
• Experience with cohort analysis methodologies and retention modeling
• Understanding of statistical testing concepts (A/B test significance, confidence intervals)
• Experience with Git (version control for SQL scripts, Python code)
• Knowledge of Docker for deploying analytical scripts
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouse tools (Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Work with data visualization best practices (storytelling, clarity, actionability)
