Opis posla

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist who combines strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content, campaigns, research, and sales alignment come together to support growth in a B2B environment.
You should feel comfortable moving between content creation, market research, lead generation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, while collaborating closely with teams within our Commercial engine, including Engineering, and Client Delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Create and shape high-quality content for different stages of the sales funnel, including case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, LinkedIn content, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Develop tailored marketing assets that help our team communicate Klika’s value clearly and effectively
  • Research target industries, buyer personas, competitors, and market trends to support stronger positioning and more relevant messaging
  • Help build and improve lead generation and lead nurturing activities through email campaigns, newsletters, content offers, and other digital channels
  • Support digital marketing efforts across platforms and tools, including campaign setup, ads, analytics, reporting, and optimization
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling, client-focused messaging
  • Contribute to brand visibility through webinars, events, thought leadership, and other market-facing initiatives
  • Use modern marketing tools, automation platforms, analytics solutions, and AI tools to improve efficiency and performance
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s commercial goals

Kvalifikacije

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, software, or digital services
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content for a professional B2B audience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, buyer journeys, target audiences, and marketing funnel
  • Broad understanding of different content formats and how they support awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, campaign execution, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of reporting dashboards, analytics tools, and online advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms
  • Confidence working with data, measuring results, and making informed decisions based on insights
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other relevant B2B communication channels
  • Comfort working with technical topics and turning them into clear, relevant, business-oriented messaging
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and paid campaigns
  • Experience using AI tools in content production, research, or campaign workflows
