Opis posla
You will be the catalyst that turns our customer’s challenges and questions into stories they want to share. You will help our product team deliver a UX that our customers use to make sense of data. You will put forward your ideas based on solid experience and knowledge of current best practices to help shape solutions that customers enjoy and appreciate. When you discover emerging gaps or opportunities to improve, you work with our product teams to add or refine features. You will work with teams in Norway, Europe and beyond, but your location is flexible. You will have a relevant degree or rock-solid experience to convince us you don’t need one.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for the product's stakeholders
- Participate in product development to help the team choose optimal solutions to customer challenges
- Take lead in "speaking" during sprint planning using specification by example using Spec Flow
- Take responsibility for the dev team in delivering their sprint commitments
- Assist the team by removing obstacles that delay the progression
- Provide technical leadership & mentoring to the development team
- Write clean C# code to contribute to our code base
- Provide leadership by writing templates for common problems
- Maintain and update our dev framework, documenting and advocating
- Experience with technology shift/change management
- Weekly developer follow-up through code reviews
- On-boarding of new people
Department, Supervisor & Reports
Reporting to the CTO, you will work with a small but growing team of 10 developers and product managers. You will have 3-5 developers as direct reports and will collaborate closely with your colleagues on the product team. Our business culture is flat and supportive.
Kvalifikacije
Skills & Qualifications
You will have a computer science university degree or the evidence to prove you don’t need one. More important is your ability to demonstrate your skills by having worked on customer-focused projects.
You are able to demonstrate the following, mandatory, experience:
- Leading a small team with courtesy and respect
- Able to write clean C# code based on .NET 6 or newer
- Being very familiar with Staging Event-Driven Architecture in conjunction with the following supportive patterns:
SOLID
CQRS
Event Sourcing
- Experience in implementing business by applying DDD
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure & AWS)
- Experience with micro-services architecture
You will be working with the following tools in our Tech Stack. A desire to learn and use them is necessary:
- OpenSearch
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Storage
- Docker orchestration using Kubernetes
