Opis posla
As a Software Trainer at PG Forsta, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions and developing high-quality learning content. Your mission is to ensure that users gain a deep understanding of the Forsta Plus platform, enabling them to leverage its full potential.
This role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to create clear, structured, and engaging training materials, including e-learning instructional videos and supporting materials for ILT sessions. You will work with AI-powered platforms to develop interactive courses delivered through our online digital platform. While most ILT sessions will be conducted virtually, occasional travel may be required for in-person training.
This role operates within standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET, with flexibility required to deliver training to clients in the U.S. Pacific and Central Time zones outside of those hours.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging ILT courses for customers at various stages of their journey
- Design and create dynamic e-learning content to support digital learning initiatives
- Keep global learning materials up to date, ensuring they reflect the latest software capabilities
- Adhere to learning team performance metrics, maintaining high post-training satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful learning outcomes for clients
Kvalifikacije

- A strong communicator who can engage diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person settings
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for improving training effectiveness
- Tech-savvy and eager to become an expert in experience and research technology platforms
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to drive customer success
- Possess excellent written English skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise instructions, including for video script development
Desirable To Have
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS
- Experience with Articulate Storyline or similar e-learning software
- Experience with video editing software, such as TechSmith Camtasia
