Opis posla
WHAT YOUR WORKDAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
🎨 Leading design direction for digital campaigns, interactive formats, and branded content
🧠 Collaborating with strategists and project managers to align creative work with business goals
🗂 Reviewing and refining visuals across teams to ensure consistency and quality
🚀 Providing feedback, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers
🎯 Participating in client presentations and contributing to pitches and proposals
Kvalifikacije
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design (agency experience preferred)
✔ Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI/UX, campaign visuals, and motion graphics
✔ High-level understanding of design systems, typography, and digital trends
✔ Ability to translate complex briefs into clear, impactful visuals
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English)
✔ Experience with Figma and prototyping tools
✔ Strong leadership skills: ability to mentor junior team members and manage timelines
✔ Bonus: Experience in 3D design or frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
