Senior .NET Backend Developer

•  Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable software applications
• Design, implement, and optimize databases to ensure performance and reliability
•  Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities
•  Translate business requirements into efficient and maintainable technical solutions
•  Provide technical guidance and actively contribute to solution design
•  Prepare and maintain clear and structured technical documentation
•  Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards
•  Contribute to backlog prioritization, estimation, and refinement of business requirements
•  Continuously improve client-facing solutions as well as internal systems and processes
•  Develop and execute tests to ensure code quality and system stability
•  Implement security best practices to protect data and systems
•  Collaborate closely with frontend and database developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
•  Research new and existing technologies and propose innovative improvements
•  Take ownership of assigned tasks, timelines, and delivery.

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
•  Strong experience with .NET/C# and full-stack development
•  Solid experience with databases and system integrations
•  Advanced knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.
