Crossvallia specializes in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and security, providing IT services, experience and know-how for IT clients across the globe, most notably HAProxy Technologies. What you will do in this role:
Work as part of a great Perl development team on maintaining and enhancing a versatile, in-house management application. The application integrates inventory and customer management, content delivery network, cloud, managed hosting and colocation services into a unified infrastructure and interface. It also contains support for numerous leading API services and provides a robust platform for continuous expansion.
General maintenance of the company’s services implemented in Perl
Implementation of small enhancements, corrections and bug fixes
Implementation of new software subsystems that integrate into the existing infrastructure
Implementation of new API interfaces

Kvalifikacije

What you will bring to this role:
Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering and/or a related field
3-5+ years experience in Perl (varying experience levels)
Written and verbal fluency in English
SQL experience
Unix and GNU/Linux experience
Friendly and professional attitude
Attention to detail and a clear vision of personal responsibility
Experience developing and deploying in Linux/Unix-based environments
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to details & deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and to easily flow with changes to priorities and projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-performance organization

Dodatne Informacije

Bonus:
Experience with other programming languages (Ruby, Python, C)
The Position:
This is a full-time position, for candidates located in Croatia and Bosnia.
