Opis posla
What you will do in this role:
As a Content Delivery Network (CDN) Administrator, you will be interfacing with our technically-minded customer base, contacting our vendors and contractors, and maintaining and enhancing the company’s CDN infrastructure as a whole.
- Providing skilled, technical email support to our technically-oriented customer base
- Implementing configuration changes based on customer requests and internal needs
- Communicating technical requirements and change requests to the company’s vendors and contractors
- Providing general maintenance for the company’s CDN infrastructure
Kvalifikacije
What you will bring to this role:
- Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering and/or a related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Expert Unix or GNU/Linux experience
- Shell scripting, regular expressions, and text parsing experience
- Experience with any of the widely known CDN service providers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to details & deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and to easily flow with changes to priorities and projects
- Highly responsible, self motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast paced, high-performance environment

The Position
- This is a full-time position, for candidates located in Croatia and Bosnia
