Opis posla

Your main responsibility as an Internal Business Solutions Consultant is to manage internal software projects. This includes handling change requests, performing business analyses, addressing project issues, and supervising subcontracting. Your goal is to deliver a solution that is in line with the company’s processes and satisfies the requirements of its stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate the execution of the integrated ERP (Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics NAV) system based on the specific needs of clients.
Utilize professional expertise to influence the implementation of projects and provide valuable advice and guidance.
Contribute to the design of project deliverables, perform configuration tasks, and actively participate in solution design.
Ensure comprehensive testing and deliver high-quality solutions.
Document user requirements, develop specifications, and prepare technical documentation.
Provide user training and support to enhance their overall experience.
Actively engage in discussions and promote company processes among relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Kvalifikacije

Minimum 5 years of experience in working with ERP (BC/Dynamics Nav, SAP, SAOP, or Pantheon).
A degree in Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & local language.
Experience with in-client software implementations.
Proactive approach, taking ownership of projects and delivering results efficiently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
Managing multiple priorities effectively.
