Opis posla
As our Product Owner, you’ll be the voice of the user and the bridge between business and tech. Your responsibilities will include:
✍️ Defining clear product requirements and user stories and acceptance criteria
🧭 Prioritizing the product backlog based on business goals and user needs
💬 Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, sales) to ensure smooth delivery
📊 Conducting market, user, and competitor research to validate product direction
✅ Ensuring the final product meets defined quality standards and delivers measurable value
🚢 Owning the product lifecycle: from ideation to launch and iteration
🚀 Onboarding new clients — both to the platform and directly within the app, lead client onboarding processes and ensure smooth product adoption
💬 Working closely with clients to understand their workflows, needs, and pain points
🔁 Translating client workflows into actionable user stories and product requirements
✅ Build relationships with clients to understand their pain points and success metrics
✅ Present progress and results to management and stakeholders
We're looking for a passionate and analytical Product Owner who will bridge the gap between business needs and our development team. This position is perfect for someone with proven product management experience who wants to make a significant impact on our products and user experience.
Kvalifikacije
- Strong Product Management and Business Analysis skills
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Software Development
- Excellent Communication skills
- Background in IT or software development is advantageous
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in tech
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- A strong sense of ownership, problem-solving mindset, and user-first thinking
