In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Single Sign-On setups, meetings, and live calls with existing and prospective partners and clients
Support both new customer implementations, as well as delivery of any required updates for existing customers
Coordinating with other engineers and team members to ensure everything is completed on schedule
Identify potential issues, troubleshoot, and integrate possible solutions
Team’s technical escalation resource
Daily monitoring, reporting, and maintaining the health and availability of business-critical systems
Ensure everything is properly documented in up-to-date Knowledge Base Articles
Attend daily team meetings
Perform other duties as assigned

BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong client facing communication skills (English) are required)
2+ years of experience in similar or technical roles
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/XML/JSON syntax
Knowledge of SQL
Single Sign-On (SAML/OAuth)
Knowledge of tools we use in our day-to-day work is highly desireable:

Knowledge of IAM solutions (identity access management solutions such as Keycloak, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure, ADFS, etc.)
