We are a diverse community of people, all working together to bring the best service possible to our customers. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer with Telco experience to join our Telecom Division. The client is one of the biggest telecom providers in Western Europe.
Day To Day Challenges
Performing Functional and User Acceptance Testing of ServiceNow deployment for large Telecom Operator in Germany.
Work with cutting edge cloud platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, integration and digital transformation tools.
If You Possess
At least 5 years in Quality Assurance
Mandatory experience with ServiceNow platform testing, deployment or use
Good knowledge of agile and waterfall manual testing
Telecom domain expertise
English speaking proficiency level
Ability / experience with test team leadership - organizing testing process, writing test cases, manual test execution, effort estimates, review of test cases against requirements, ability to communicate to business stakeholders / end users and development teams
Certifications like: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer will be considered as an advantage
