As a Business Development Associate at Klika you will help us expand our business. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to help create and apply an effective sales strategy and processes, and implement them with your team. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Help develop a growth strategy focused both on business growth and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Conduct research to identify new sales channels
Research and analyzes markets, potential clients and competitors
Arranges business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare company pitch deck and slides for potential clients
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Prepares sales metrics and reports for management
Experienced (4+ years) in Business Development or similar roles
A great track of sales records and the results to prove it
Proven ability to plan and deliver against targets
Strong command of English language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional listening/communication/presentation skills, and the ability to influence others
Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities and meet/exceed targets
Ability to work in an agile enviroment, independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as needed
A strong business acumen
Nice to have:
Experience in IT or similar fields
Experience in at least one CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A strong network of C-, SVP- and VP-level executives
