Opis posla

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer - Design System to join our Product Design Operations Team and begin an exciting and challenging career with Infobip.

Product Design Operations team, part of Product Development is dedicated to help set designers for success. It's here to help streamline design, to help align, optimize and distribute information, processes and workflows among teams. It's here to enable designers to focus on delivering best experience for the customers.

In this role, you will be part of centralized design system team who will help scale Infobip design system that powers hundreds of projects, evolve visual design language and evangelize design practice across company.

What Will You Do

Collaborate with designers and engineers in building, evolving, and maintaining the Infobip product design system and tools used by thousands of users that reach milions of their customers
Hands-on product design in all stages - from sketching concepts to narrowing down the solution in hi-fi prototypes
Keep the design system cohesive and accessible by working on components, design patterns, and documentation guidelines
Push the visual excellence of the design system and promote best practices through active knowledge sharing
Be up to date with emerging patterns, anti-patterns, tools and help shape the future of how designers work and collaborate
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables
Nurture a positive attitude and be a representative of our team values and culture
Mentor more junior colleagues in our team and participate in hiring activities for new members
Help push our design maturity to the next level by participating and leading design operations initiatives to define and consolidate various design organization processes
Advocate for research and our design process, actively proposing improvements through discovery sessions, design thinking workshops

Kvalifikacije

5+ years of experience designing digital products
Excellent visual design skills paired with an understanding of human-computer interaction principles and accessible design
Excellent knowledge of Figma as our main design tool
Very good understanding of web technologies. No coding skills required, but you need to have the ability to talk with developers about implementation details
Demonstrated experience in building, maintaining, and promoting design systems or UI libraries
Continuous discovery habits - able to find both problems and solutions, problem frame, prioritize and execute ideas successfully
Effective communicator with ability to influence and solicit buy-in with stakeholders and business leadership
A highly collaborative person with a pro-active approach to work
Very good understanding of how user research shapes a product
Fluent in English
Experience in Enterprise UX projects, but not mandatory
