Senior Developer

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have strong OO design skills
• Has production-level experience with PHP, Java and/or Node.js
• Be comfortable learning new technologies, tools and platforms.
• Have commercial acumen: you should be able to understand the business requirements, produce project specifications and project manage work from inception to delivery.

ADDITIONALLY, A GOOD SET OF 'SOCIAL SKILLS' IS REQUIRED:

• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
• Eagerness to learn (from) others.
• Be a self starter: you will have the initiative and judgement to make decisions.
• Should be able to adapt to stressful situations from time to time and provide support to junior team members.
• Ability to manage more than one project at the time.
