FSQUARED Digital Solutions d.o.o. Sarajevo, a N.S. company operating in the marketing industry, is looking to hire a sales representative team member for their Sarajevo-based office. The successful candidate must be fluent in English, responsible with a good working ethics and haveprevious working experience in a similar role in sales orcustomer support.
Kvalifikacije
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skillsand behaviours:
• Minimum SSS
• Fluent English speaker
• Excellent business sense, openminded and analyticalmindset and ability to follow through with actions and to identify, develop, and implement solutions
• Handling outbound calls, emails, dealing with anyenquiries they may have, striving for a first contactresolution
• Excellent customer care skills
• Willing to learn with a can-do attitude
• Building and maintaining business relationships betweenthe company and clients• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong influencing, negotiation, presentation, andrelationship management skills
