Lead Data Analyst - Operations Data Solutions

Job Overview

You will:

• Oversee and build a team of data analysts, set team goals and ensure high standards of work
• Lead the design, development and maintenance of different analytics projects, including business intelligence reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with the operations, business development and customer teams to understand their data needs and develop reporting solutions
• Design and develop value-add insights and reporting modules for our customers
• Support our implementation teams with data expertise and configuration support
• Partner closely with our product and engineering teams to support the development of our data infrastructure, tools and systems
• Research opportunities to improve internal processes, develop models and tools to forecast business scenarios, and support strategic planning
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related problems; conduct special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required

Your profile

• Have proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with minimum 3 years of experience
• Have good knowledge of and experience with Excel, databases (SQL etc.), programming (Python, R etc.) and statistical packages
• Have experience in data warehousing, data visualization and business intelligence platforms
• Have self-starter attitude with high initiative
• Have an analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Have previous experience in a startup environment
