Job Overview
Disperse is developing technology that will revolutionise construction industry and at the moment is at an exciting point in its journey. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our Operations Data Solutions team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping future of our data analysis and business intelligence capabilities, drive business and customer value by building insights from our data, develop deliverables for our customers and internal teams, and act as our data subject matter experts to meet business requirements. Please note that this will also be a team lead position where you will look after a team of data analysts and shape the future of the team within the company.

You will:
Oversee and build a team of data analysts, set team goals and ensure high standards of work
Lead the design, development and maintenance of different analytics projects, including business intelligence reports and dashboards
Collaborate with the operations, business development and customer teams to understand their data needs and develop reporting solutions
Design and develop value-add insights and reporting modules for our customers
Support our implementation teams with data expertise and configuration support
Partner closely with our product and engineering teams to support the development of our data infrastructure, tools and systems
Research opportunities to improve internal processes, develop models and tools to forecast business scenarios, and support strategic planning
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related problems; conduct special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required
Kvalifikacije
Your profile
Our ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with minimum 3 years of experience
Have good knowledge of and experience with Excel, databases (SQL etc.), programming (Python, R etc.) and statistical packages
Have experience in data warehousing, data visualization and business intelligence platforms
Have self-starter attitude with high initiative
Have an analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Be adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
In addition, it is useful but not essential, if you:
Have previous experience in a startup environment
