Opis posla
We are on a mission of changing the way people shop online. You will be part of a cross-functional product team that works on an e-commerce product (B2C). We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited to grow, innovate, and disrupt the e-commerce industry through a transformative experience and innovative solutions.
This team works on building and maintaining a high-volume database of e-commerce data. For this purpose, we utilize graph databases to store and manage the e-commerce data catalog, build accompanying services which allow external entities to consume this data, and make use of supporting infrastructure that enables high performance and availability of our services. Primary technologies used are Java, Spring, and Neo4J, with additional usage of Python, SQL, JavaScript, Docker, and Kubernetes, but don't worry if you don't fit them all. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enriching the database with new data, constantly increasing the quantity and improving the quality of data through existing processes and methods, as well as researching and developing new solutions that contribute to our goal
Kvalifikacije
- Experience with analyzing, researching, and processing large quantities of data
- Experience with graph databases ( preferably Neo4j )
- Experience building APIs and backend services ( preferably in Java/Spring )
- Experience with k8s
- Basic understanding of statistics
- Basic understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem
